Gumbo is where you find it. In this case, across the street from the Northridge post office, right next to a Korean Acupuncture parlor in one of those long, narrow "shotgun"strip malls that extend deep into a block. I'd never have noticed the place at all if its sign weren't prominently visible from my podiatrist's parking lot. The name of the place is SeaPreme Seafood, and its gumbo is just a Friday and Saturday thing, I regret to say, because it's quite a good one...

Great BBQ...I highly recommend the Tri-tip steak or the Baby back ribs...also has a great salad bar...the prices arent bad...great for parties or banquets..they have take out and deliveries as well.

Called Broadway Bar & Grill in downtown Glendale.  The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I had a chicken salad sandwich ($6.95)  and Jenn had a chicken  club sandwich ($7.95). We both shared a Calamari appetizer ($6.95). The cafe was very clean and the service was decent. Located across the street from Ben and Jerry's. Parking is across the street, but is the first two hours are validated by the Cafe. -gcc
